Workshop: Innovation strategies for everyday business

Note: This event is organized by Wista Management GmbH, Fraunhofer Institute and TU Berlin

On 8 December 2025, TU Berlin and Fraunhofer CeRRI, in collaboration with WISTA Management, invite your team to a free, one-day interactive workshop at WISTA’s ST3AM, Rudower Chaussee 28, 12489 Berlin. As part of our mission to strengthen collaboration between resident companies and the regional research landscape, we are piloting this new workshop format that brings SMEs together with scientists from Berlin and Brandenburg.

This hands-on format brings together SME employees and researchers to experiment with innovation methods, analyse current business or technology challenges, and exchange early solution ideas in a structured, open setting. Moderated groups provide a safe space to understand how your company can work with science more effectively, gain new perspectives, reflect on potential cooperation, and connect with researchers and other SMEs.

The workshop will be conducted in German or English, depending on participants’ preferences.

All participants will receive a certificate from TU Berlin as evidence of the skills they have acquired in design thinking and collaborative innovation development.

The workshop will be conducted in German or English, depending on participants’ preferences. We will confirm the final language shortly before the event to ensure an inclusive and productive experience for everyone.

We look forward to welcoming you and exploring new ways of connecting business and science.

PS: This pilot workshop is part of our effort to test new knowledge-transfer formats that could develop into a structured innovation program and an ongoing collaboration pipeline.
