Why Moonshot was created

Moonshot was born out of the conviction that traditional approaches to solving problems are often not enough to meet the challenges of the modern world of work. Companies and teams are constantly facing new and often unexpected tasks that require quick but well-thought-out decisions. This is where Moonshot comes in. The game provides a platform for teams to develop innovative solutions in a way that is both motivating and fun.

Moonshot’s approach

Moonshot combines principles from game theory, design thinking and creative methods to create a dynamic and productive working environment. Participants are encouraged to think outside the box while also being given a structure that helps them transform their ideas into tangible, actionable strategies. In contrast to traditional meetings or workshops, Moonshot relies on the power of play to mobilize the creative energy of the participants.

Moonshot and the future of work

Moonshot shows what the world of work of the future could look like: flexible, creative and focused on collaboration. Through the game, teams learn how to tackle challenges in a playful way and achieve innovative results together – a skill that will be invaluable in tomorrow’s world of work.

There’s now even a version for young people to promote future competencies, which is already being used in 500 schools in Germany to encourage creativity in students.
