Accessibility Statement

WISTA Management GmbH is committed to making its website zukunftsorte.berlin accessible in accordance with the requirements of the Berlin Accessibility Act (BlnBGG) and the Berlin Accessible Information Technology Ordinance (BITV Bln 2.0).

Compliance status

This website is largely compliant with the above-mentioned requirements. Some parts are not fully accessible yet.

Non-accessible content

• Heading structure: In some hover elements (e.g. tiles), the heading hierarchy is not yet consistent. A correction is planned by May 2026.

Disproportionate burden

The following issues cannot currently be fully resolved, as remediation would require a disproportionate technical and organizational effort:

• ARIA references: In certain modules (e.g. Lightbox) ARIA references are broken.
• Redundant links: The slider navigation contains duplicate link references.
• Easy-to-read language and sign language: A complete transfer of all content into easy-to-read language and the provision of sign language videos are not currently feasible. A page in Simple Language is available.
