A key aspect of the event was the discussion about Germany’s competitiveness in the global labor market. The talks focused mainly on the training of skilled workers and the teaching of the necessary future skills. The increasing digitization is rapidly changing the demands on employees, which requires new educational strategies and innovative approaches to recruitment.

Exoskeleton and Robot Dog

The festival highlights included presentations of innovative technologies. Companies took the opportunity to present their latest developments in the fields of AI and robotics. Particularly impressive was the demonstration of exoskeletons from German Bionic, which make physically demanding work easier, as well as the presentation of a robot dog that autonomously performs inspection work. These technologies illustrate how the future of work will be increasingly shaped by the interaction between humans and machines. The panel talks included intensive discussions on how such innovations can improve not only productivity but also the safety and well-being of employees.

It will be exciting to see what further innovations and discussions the next #futurework has in store.
