As Berlin’s largest industrial area, CleanTech Marzahn offers ideal parameters for manufacturing companies that specialise in sustainable and efficient technologies, and thus offers potential for both global players and small & medium-sized enterprises. The Zukunftsort CleanTech Marzahn spans accross approximately 300 hectares and consists of several subsections. The core being the 90-hectare CleanTech Business Park Berlin-Marzahn. In addition, there is the multi-used residencial and commercial area Konnekt Berlin, the commercial area south of Bitterfelder Strasse and the commercial areas east of Wolfener Strasse.

At the heart of the future location, the 90-hectare CleanTech Business Park, there are inner-city industrial areas (GI) for manufacturing CleanTech companies. The CleanTech Business Park has a core zone for hazardous incident facilities in accordance with the Federal Emission Control Act. Small and medium-sized companies should also benefit from the know-how, network and expertise of the CBP in the future. The areas in the CleanTech Business Park are allocated under heritable building rights.

WISTA Management GmbH was appointed as the operating company for the CleanTech Business Park, which is developing and marketing the space with its subsidiary, WISTA.Plan GmbH.
